Change the information we have about how the car is used

The way a car is used is one of several factors that affects the premium you are charged.

This section will help you to tell us all we need to know in order to correct or change the "usage".

When to go to the next screen, you will be asked:

  • a few questions so we can locate your policy information
  • which car the change applies to (one at a time please)
  • what the proper usage is.

Once you have submitted your information to us, you will receive immediate confirmation by E-mail that we have received your requested change.

In a few weeks, your insurer will send the following documents to you by regular mail:

  • an endorsement confirming that the change has been made
  • an invoice/cheque or new monthly payment schedule as appropriate.
